If you are having trouble logging in, first, try deleting your cookies. Go to 'Tools' in your browser toolbar and on
the drop-down menu click 'Internet Options'. In the 'Temporary Internet
files'
section, click 'Delete Cookies'. Click the 'OK' button. Close
'Internet
Options' window and close your browser, and any other browsers you may have
open. Open a new browser and try logging in again.
If you are still having trouble, select 'Help Desk' in the dropdown above, then
